PVF (Polyvinyl Fluoride) Tubing

Zinc-aluminum alloy coated tubes are the base material of plastic coated tubing. First, Zinc-aluminum alloy coated tube is processed by the olive green passivation treatment, and then the tube is further coated with a plastic material. Product quality complies with the standards of the German Volkswagen Company.

Technical Standard for PVF Coated Tubing

Since there is a copper layer on the double roll welded tube, the zinc layer penetrates the copper layer to become zinc-copper alloy when the double roll welded tube is dipped into hot zinc or a zinc alloy bath. The adhesive quality of the coated layer is increased so that it is easily machined. The PVDF coating layer can be twisted with the base material until the tube is broken, but the coating layer cannot be peeled off; therefore, the regular galvanized tube could not be compared with it. Plastic coating galvanized tube has strong corrosion resistance and can last 500 hours when exposed to neutral salt mist testing without any damage to the base material. Its excellent properties are applicable to any standard luxury cars and other kinds of vehicles.
