Olive Green Passivation Tubing



Standard double roll welded tube is the base material of Olive Green passivation tubing. First, the tube is galvanized with a uniform thickness of zinc, and then the zinc coating is treated by olive green passivation process.

Technical Standard of Olive Green Passivation Tubing

Olive Green passivation tube uses zinc coated tube or zinc-aluminum alloy coated tube as the base material, with the olive green passivation treatment provided as the coating layer. When compared to the zinc coated layer, the passivation layer has higher corrosion resistance. The zinc layer thickness can vary from 10¦Ìm-28¦Ìm as dictated by the client¡¯s needs; and the passivation thickness can be customized based on different requirement. As the coating layer thickness is added, the corrosion resistance is increased; the coating layer features good protection and can last more than 240 hours when exposed to salt mist testing
