Color Zinc Coated Tubing



Color zinc coated tube uses the standard double roll welded tube as base material. The tube surface is galvanized with a specified thickness of zinc, and then the passivation treatment is applied on the zinc coating layer.

Color zinc coated tube uses copper coated double roll welded tubes as their base material. The double roll welded tube is color galvanized; the color zinc coated surface is more attractive and smoother than other coating surfaces. The zinc coating thickness can be processed between 5¦Ìm-10¦Ìm as dictated by a client¡¯s needs. Corrosion resistance is increased with an added thickness of the zinc. This coating features good protection and can last more than 120 hours when exposed to salt mist testing.
