A Brief Company Introduction
Beijing Times Automobile Parts Manufacture Co. Ltd is located in the Yangzhen Industrial Zone, Shunyi District of Beijing.
After only a few years of development, the assets of the company total more than 5 million US dollars, including a property area of 35,000 square meters and a building area of 20,000 square meters.
The company has a production capability of 5,000 tons /year; 3,000 tons of high-precision hot dipped zinc coated tube, zinc-aluminum alloy coated tube; and aluminum-zinc alloy coated tube;
1,000 tons of olive green deactivation tube and color zinc coated deactivation tube; and 1,000 tons of high-precision hot alloy coated plastic tube.
The newly built factory can produce automobile braking tubes, fuel tubes, oil spurt tubes, and mechanic oil tubes. The total production capacity equals about 300,000 sets /year.
The products are used mainly for braking, clutch, power steering, air exhausting, oil supplying and fuel distribution systems of automobiles, agricultural machines and construction equipments, etc.
The company has over 100 employees and boasts highly technically advanced and modernized production lines.
The company has two National Patents; one for a high precision thin-wall hot dipped alloy coating line and one for a continuous plastic coating line. The two advanced production lines are totally automatic and computer controlled. Instead of using a traditional destructive, delayed and limited Salt Mist testing method, we they use a High Pressure Static Penetrating Corrosion Resistance Coating layer method to test the coating layer. This method was developed by the China Anti-corrosion Association and the School of Materials and Science of Engineering, at the University of Science and Technology of Beijing. In order to maintain the high quality of tubes, we use a dimension presetting cutting machine with an on-line vortex-testing device. The test can be automated with continuous sampling.
Based on the two patents, we and with an excellent research team and experienced engineers they ensure the quality of the high precision thin-wall hot dipped coating alloy tubes and high precision thin-wall plastic coating tubes. The quality of PVF and PVDF coated hot zinc-coated galvanized tube and hot zinc-coated aluminum alloy tube has been certified and approved by the National authorized organization and complies with the standards of the German Volkswagen Company. The quality of anti-corrosion features and the adhesive ability are higher than related standards. The method of Plastic coating Hot Dipped Zinc Coating tube was listed in ˇ°China National Torch Planˇ± (a high technology research plan) in 1996. The related products have been named ˇ°the High & New Technology Productˇ± and have received a silver medal reward from the China High Technology & New Product Expos.
